FAQ
1) Do you sell ammunition?
No, we only sell cast bullet projectiles, "Just the tip".
2) Can I come pick up my bullets?
Yes! Select the "Free Local Pickup" option in the shipping section. We do not have a storefront at this time so email us so we can arrange a suitable pickup time.
3) Does your pricing include shipping?
No, we offer USPS flat rate shipping. Small flat rate boxes ship for $9 and medium flat rate boxes ship for $16. We can fit 2,000 bullets in one medium flat rate box if they weight less than 240 grains and can ship 3,000 bullets in one shipment for bullets weighting less than 150 grains.
4) Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we send out tracking information once your bullets have shipped. Please be patient as it can take USPS time to update the status.
Due to liability reasons we cannot provide load data. You can find all sorts of load data in reloading manuals and on reloading forums.
6) Will X bullets fit my gun?
You will need to measure the bore diameter of your gun in order to know. Try searching "How to slug a barrel" for more information.
7) Can I change my order?
Yes, just shoot us an email and as long as it hasn't shipped you can change or cancel your order.
8) What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. In those instances, please reach out to us prior to returning. Other returns will not accepted so please ensure your order is correct before placing it. We do not have a safe way to ensure the product we send out is the one we receive and so would not feel comfortable selling it to someone else.

9) Are your bullets lubed?
No, we use Hi-Tek coating which doesn't require bullet lube.
10) Can I request a specific bullet sizing?
Reach out to us so we can see if we have the sizing die in question. If not, we might be able to order it with a volume minimum.

Absolutely, just reach out to us prior to ordering so we can get you setup. This applies to both active and retired personnel. We cannot retroactively apply discounts or combine them.
13) I called but couldn't get anyone on the phone. What is the best way to reach Tennessee Bullet Company?
If you leave a message we will get back to you but as it is pretty noisy in the shop it is best to contact us through the Contact Us link at the top of the page or via email.
14) When will my order ship?
Since we only sell bullets out of inventory, orders typically ship within 48 hours. If you have a custom order, we will discuss timing when the order is place.
